AFC Cup
Al Faisaly come and Brothers leave today

Al Faisaly Club of Jordan arrive in Dhaka while Brothers Union leave for Lebanon this morning to play their group matches of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup.

The Jordanian side will take on Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra, fresh from a brilliant goalless draw against Indian giants East Bengal Club, in a Group A encounter at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on March 16.

On the other hand, Brothers Union, who also held Nisa of Turkmenistan to a 1-1 draw in their opening Group C game here last Wednesday, play their first away match against Nijmeh FC at the Sports City Stadium in Beirut on the same day.

Premier and National League champions Brothers received a big boost by the return of their veteran central defender Jewel Rana, who missed the Nisa game through injury.
