Militancy and our response |
Abdullah M. Taher Farmgate, Dhaka-1215
Nowadays religious militancy is an internationally recognised hot issue. It is a serious problem that the world is now confronting with. Bangladesh is not out of their sinister scheme. Though it is now in its peak, it started long ago during the previous Awami League regime when a powerful bomb was blasted in Ramna. Unfortunately, from then it has rapidly been increasing. One of the major causes behind it is the lack of government's seriousness in tackling the problem.
As usual here in Bangladesh we are continuously playing the blame game. But that doesn't help us. So, let us be united once again for eliminating the bombers and building a peaceful Bangladesh.
