Apps for sleep

Apps for sleepYou are glued to your smartphone all daylong and most of the night. In fact, it’s what that keeps you awake till the late hours — browsing and chatting and organising and playing games and what not. But you can also try to use your smartphone to help you doze off and get a good night’s sleep.
There are several free apps for Android, ios and Windows Phone users. SleepBot is one of them. It tracks your sleep pattern and tells you how well you sleep over the course of a few days. It also has an auto-recording feature, which will enable you to discover things such as whether you snore or whether you talk (and what you say) during sleep! Although this app has gained popularity, there are others that offer you these features.
Moreover, there are many apps which will help you fall asleep quickly and gently. These apps feature soothing music tracks, recordings of soothing sounds such as rainfall and nature, etc.
