The third phase of Diploma Mistir Lorai started in 2012. More than 22,000 dessert recipes were mailed in from all over Bangladesh, out of which 100 recipes were chosen. New Zealand Dairy is now proud to announce the grand launch of its cookbook showcasing the winning recipes at the Ekushey Boimela, titled “Diploma Delicious Dessert”. The company’s Managing Director S A Mallick, FCA, Head of Marketing, G M Kamrul Hassan and other respectable individuals were present at the grand unveiling. The book has been published by Anyaprokash.
