Looking Back: Olympics '08

The 2008 Olympics came to a close on August 24, slightly more than two weeks after Beijing opened its doors to the world.Amidst tears, sweat and joy, a total of 10,500 athletes competed in 302 events in 28 sports. An unprecendented 132 Olympic and 43 world records were broken, as the greatest athletes gathered to showcase the very best of the human spirit.
