TO remain beautiful we must learn to maintain ourselves, and keep our diet healthy. Today we'll discuss the benefits of milk and how it helps to make us beautiful. Let us first see how milk aids our diet and health.

Milk is the most nutritionally complete food. It is a very nutrient dense beverage that you can enjoy. This tasty beverage contains several essential nutrients which includes

 calcium
 potassium
 protein
 vitamin
 riboflavin, and many more.

Milk helps to tighten and firm the skin making it look younger. Since milk contains calcium, for people above 40, skimmed milk is an ideal antidote for bone deterioration. Milk has always been known to be useful for girls and women. By having milk, we can improve the quality of our skin, and help to bring back its lost glow.

Now let us see how we can use milk to improve our beauty.

For fairer skin, you can make a face pack by grinding sandalwood and mixing it with milk. Then add one-fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder and apply to face and neck. Leave on for 20 minutes and wash off.

Mix two tablespoon of milk with one teaspoon of salt and apply on face at bedtime. This will help to make your skin petal-soft and silken-smooth.

Milk can also be used to remove itches and blemish from your skin. Make a mixture by grinding one teaspoon of yellow mustard paste with the cream of milk. Leave on for 20 minutes then wash off.

Therefore by having milk and using it as a beauty care product, we can maintain our interior and exterior beauty.

Air conditioning and allergies
To help alleviate problems with pollen, molds and dust mites, air condition your house and car and, if possible, add an air cleaner to your central air conditioner.

Bedding and dust mites
If dust mites give you trouble, seal your mattress, box springs and pillows in allergy-resistant plastic covers available at most discount stores.

Cheap fungicide
Clean humid areas, such as the bathroom and basement, with a fungicide (mold-killer). A cheap and effective one is bleach. Use a solution of 3/4 cup bleach to one gallon of water, let stand 5 minutes and rinse.
