More friendlies lined up for booters

Bangladesh will host four international friendly football matches in the first quarter of 2013, said Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin yesterday. The opponents are India, Malaysia, Thailand and UAE (United Arab Emirates) U-23 squad.

“India will come in February next, while Thailand will play end of January—a period when Bangladesh Premier League will remain suspended for the mid-term players' transfer. The schedule for the matches against Malaysia and UAE U-23 are yet to be decided,” said the BFF boss at his office.
