ICC Women's World Cup results

Five-time champions Australia have entered the final of the ICC Women's World Cup after thrashing Sri Lanka by nine wickets in their second Super Six match at the Brabourne Stadium on Sunday.

In reply to Sri Lanka's paltry 131, Australia chased down the target in just 22.2 overs. This was Australia's fifth successive victory in the tournament.


In Mumbai, Australia beat Sri Lanka by nine wickets.

SRI LANKA: 131 all out in 45.2 overs (Deepika 43, Dilani 21; Erin Osborne 3-9, Lisa Sthalekar 2-26)

AUSTRALIA: 132-1 in 22.2 overs (Rachael Haynes 71 not out, Meg Lanning 37, Jess Cameron 22 not out; Sripali Weerakkody 1-21)

In Cuttack, England beat South Africa by seven wickets.

SOUTH AFRICA: 77 all out in 29.3 overs (Dane van Niekerk 17 not out; Anya Shrubsole 5-17, Danielle Wyatt 3-7)

ENGLAND: 81-3 in 9.3 overs (Lydia Greenway 25 not out, Arran Brindle 28 not out; Chloe Tryon 2-14)
