Outgoing Italian envoy meets FM

Outgoing Italian Ambassador Mario Filippo Pini paid a farewell call on Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan at his office yesterday. The foreign minister thanked the ambassador for his role he played to further deepen the bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Italy.Terming Ambassador Pini as a good friend of Bangladesh, he expressed government's keen interest in expanding bilateral cooperation, keeping in mind the long-term goals to be achieved to the mutual benefit of the two countries. Pini expressed his gratitude for the cooperation he received from the government.
