One shot dead by BSF in Chuadanga

The Border Security Force of India shot one Bangladeshi dead at Shingnagar, Chuadanga in the early morning yesterday.The victim was identified as Rafiq, son of Abu Taleb. Confirming the news, the commanding officer of 18th battalion of Bangladesh Rifles said the BSF men did not yet hand over the body yet despite repeated request. Tension is running high at the border zone with both forces beefing up patrol.
