Job crisis

The existing condition in the job market is frustrating. And especially for the people with an arts backgroundthey really have very few scopes of getting jobs at different offices.

As this is an age of commerce people graduated from the commerce subjects -- MBA, M.Com, CA, CMA etc. are in great demand and the qualified people from these disciplines have a wide range of choice. They are highly preferred and can step into administration, banking, clerical, and even in teaching. In comparison to commerce degree holders, arts students are getting less job offers. Besides, the lack of personal backing and luck are there too. As a result, without getting a suitable job some arts graduate or masters are choosing teaching as a profession in the schools and colleges which is so attractive regarding the financial factor and the others are engaging themselves in small businesses.

In order to overcome this situation the universities should provide special training courses on accounting, banking, correspondence, management etc. for arts students so that they can have the useful knowledge of various types of office works and compete with others.
