Can this problem be solved?

I always take a Premium or Nirapad bus to go to Motijheel. The fare of these buses is cheaper and the journey is very comfortable. To reach Motijheel, these buses need to cross Mohakhali. This is where the problem lies. Crossing Mohakhali means crossing the biggest traffic jam in the country, I guess. This traffic jam is a result of the construction of the fly-over in Mohakhali. Sometimes, it even takes an hour to cross Mohakhali. It kills our precious times and that is greatly affecting our jobs. Can't the government do something about it? The higher authorities must understand that we, the ordinary citizens, do not get the royal treatment like them when they go to their offices. Hope a positive step should be taken to solve this traffic jam of Mohakhali.
