One accused in Shafi Uddin murder case was arrested in the city on Sunday night.A team of Detective Branch (DB) of police raided a railway staff quarter at Ambagan under Khulshi police station and arrested the accused identified as Akteruzzaman Babul alias Bomb Babul, 25. Babu alongwith other accomplices entered into the railway staff quarter of Md Shafi Uddin, a freedom fighter, at Ambagan and chopped him to death at around 11 pm on June 14, police said.
