BCB picks 20 for A, President's XI squads

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has named 20 players for both Bangladesh A and BCB President's XI to play against England next month.England arrive here on October 8 to play two Tests and three one-day internationals. The BCB President's selection will play a three-day practice match against the Englishmen in Dhaka over October 12-14 while Bangladesh A play another three-dayer also in Dhaka from October 16. The selected players are: Hannan Sarker, Humayun Kabir, Nafis Iqbal, Moniruzzaman, Rajin Saleh, Aftab Ahmed, Nazimuddin, Ashiqur Rahman, Kafi Khan, Mushfiqur Rahman, Enamul Haque jnr., Nadif Chowdhury, Arafat Sunny, Ali Arman, Talha Jubair, Gazi Alamgir, Tareq Aziz Khan, Anwar Hossain Munir, Ziaur Rahman and Anwar Hossain. But from the above list only four players Humayun Kabir, Ali Arman, Gazi Alamgir and Anwar Hossain have been instructed to report to Calton Barnadus at the Bangaban-dhu National Stadium at 3:30pm on October 30.
