Self tax return submission date extended

Last date for submitting income tax return for fiscal 2003-2004 has been extended till October 31 from September 30.The date, which was re-fixed upon request from different quarters and organisations, will also apply to individual taxpayers in self-assessment system, said an official handout yesterday.
