Artist Mustafa Munwar was the chief guest for the closing ceremony at German Cultural Center on Thursday, September 25.

The best documentary from the festival was nominated as "Orau Manush", directed by Khalid Mahmud Mithu. A Masud Chowdhury collected the award for Best Director for a Documentary Film, while PVC Best Documentary Award went to Kawsar Choudhury's "Shei Raat er Kotha Bolte Eshechi".

Audience voted best documentary award went to "Jion Kathi", directed by Shahidul Islam Mintu.

Members of the Jury Board for this festival were Film Critic and Journalist Rafikuzzaman, Film Maker Zakiul Huq and Movie Critic Mahmuda Choudhury.

Shahiduzzaman Badol directed Documentary Film, "Tulir Achor" was screened after the Award Giving Ceremony.

A total of 30 Documentaries were screened in this festival.
