Art exhibition at Rajshahi University
A seven-day long art exhibition organised by "Moumachi Charudal" was held at Shahid Smrity Sangrahoshala of Rajshahi University(RU) from September 20 to 26, says a press release."Moumachi Charudal", is an organisation of eight students of the Fine Arts department of RU. They are Md Emdadur Rashed Sukhon, Najneen Akter Naz, Md Omar Shahajahan Saju, Mahfuja Khanam Mousumi, Md Ferdous Alam, Wahida Najneen, Md Abdus Salam and Iqbal Hossain Tareq. Prof Hasan Azizul Huq of Philosophy department inaugurated the exhibition. Prof Abbas Uddin, administrator of Shahid Smrity Sangrahoshala was present as special guest while Dr Gulnahar Begum, Chairman of Fine Arts department presided over the inaugural session. A total of 42 art works were exhibited which included sculpture as well.
