Who are those 11 per cent?

The whole nation is now united and protesting against India's plan to divert Eastern Himalayan river waters. This plan is a threat to the lives of over 400 Million people living in Bangladesh and West Bengal, Bihar, Assam and adjoining states of India. Serious ecological imbalance will devastate these areas as well as Nepal, Bhutan, Sikim and Myanmer if the plan is implemented.

The daily Prothom Alo in its Internet opinion poll on 7.9.2003 reported that 89 per cent people of Bangladesh feel that the implementation of the alleged plan would be disastrous to us while11 per cent did not agree.

I find the poll's result very interesting. Who are those 11 per cent? Do they realise the consequences of their views?
