The District, Sessions and Special Judge Mohammad Shafiuddin also fined Tk 20,000 each, in default, to suffer three months more RI for raping a schoolgirl at village Mandalgati in Mohammadpur upazila.

The convicts are : Kashem, Lakn and Zillu of Mandalgati village in Mohammadpur upazila.

Miscreants led by Kashem entered the house of Asaduzzaman at Mandalgati village in the early hours of March 16, 2002 and dragged his daughter Majeda Khatun, 14, and raped her one after another in a nearby bush.

The victim's father Asaduzzaman filed a case with Mohammadpur thana.
