November 01, 2003       Letters to Editor Primary school text books by mid-December, 2003 CS Mahtab, Dhaka For nearly two decades, we have not been able to give our primary school children their books in the first week of January. Though this year has been an exception, due to the alertness, sincerity and on the ground work of a noble state minister. In fact it is possible to do miraculous things in this country with sixty or more ministers. It is only our vision and purpose in life that makes the difference.
