Police arrested a total of 1592 people, including nine listed criminals, during their countrywide drive in last 24 hours ending at 6am yesterday.During the drive, they recovered 10 firearms, five other weapons and 23 bullets and filed five cases against five people under the Arms Act, says a police headquarters press release.
