World champion!

As per the latest report of Transparency International, Bangladesh has not only successfully retained her title as the world champion in corruption but managed to be the first ever country to achieve a hattrick by winning this coveted title for three years consecutively.I wonder whether Bangladeshis have corrupted TI officials by bribing in order to achieve this unique feat! It is worth investigating provided we can locate an honest person for this purpose.
