The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of police submitted the charge sheet to a court here, implicating Mohammad Nasim and 18 other leaders of the district units of the Awami League, BNP and Jatiya Party.

Bacchu, a former chairman of Pabna Pourasava, was killed on the night of April 4, 1997. His body was found in his car at Tebunia Agriculture Farm, 7 km off Pabna town, the following day.
