ABC Real Estates clients to get faster services from DBH
Clients of ABC Real Estates Ltd, a property developer, will receive faster customer services in getting up to 70 per cent housing loans of their apartment prices from Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DBH), a private sector housing finance institute.A memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect was signed between the two companies in Dhaka on Tuesday, says a press release. Ishtiaq H Chowdhury, head of operations of DBH, and Nashid Islam, director of ABC Real Estates, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides. Aslam Habib, head of finance, resources and secretary, A Farjad Ahmed, head of credit of DBH and Khurshid Hasan, marketing manager of ABC Real Estates, were also present.
