Maksud Jamil Mintu bringing fresh taste of music for ntv viewers this Eid

National Award winning music director Maksud Jamil Mintu has made four special musical programmes for ntv. These programmes are going to be telecast on this Eid-ul-Fitr. The programmes will give the viewers unique taste of band music and modern Bangla songs as he brings all leading performers of the two musical arena in his programmes--Mela (Band Music), Chhanda (Band Music), Ganer Bhela (Modern Songs), and Surer Mela (Modern Songs).Mela will be telecast on the Eid day at 7:00 pm. featuring bands L.R.B, Renaissance, Maksud & Dhaka, Obscure and Prometheus. Chhanda, another programme of band music, will be aired on the 3rd day of Eid; the performing bands are Suols, Feedback, Dalchhut, Swadhinata, and Nagar Baul. Ganer Bhela is scheduled for Eid day at 12:30 pm. The programme presents singers Asif, Shakila Zafar, Kanak Champa, Atik Hasan and Alam Ara Minu. Surer Mela, another programme of solo artistes, to be aired at 4:30 pm. on the 2nd day of Eid and features Kumar Bishwajit, Baby Nazneen, S.D. Rubel, Monir Khan and Rizia Pervin. Mintu also directs the Eid Special song for ntv, Eid Mubarak, participated by prominent artistes like Aiyub Bachchu, Hasan, Asif, Shakila Zafar, Kanak Champa, Doli Saiontony, Selim Chowdhury and others. The four programmes will be able to satisfy the viewers thrust for the fresh music.
