I am encouraged by the mail sent by Roxane Rosemarie on Nov 22nd. Our nation is very concerned about the plight of Muslims around the world. I have seen a lot of condemnation of US and UK's occupational force in Iraq and Israel's in Palestine. We are very quick to condemn when innocent Muslims are suffering at the hand of US or Israel. But recent bombings in Istanbul, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Pakistan, where innocent people were killed by religious fanatics should be condemned. The killings of innocent is wrong regardless of whether it is retaliatory or self-defence. As we worry about the plight of Muslims around the world, we need to understand that only peaceful dialog with the commitment to true results with the mentality to be flexible is the key to achieve true peace. For that we have to sit down and exchange views. Eliminate the hate and suspicion of others motives. We are one human race and violence is never going to bring any peace, it never did and never will. We as a muslim need to be strong and resentful about the suicicde bombings and create an atmosphere of free dialog, devoid of terror and mass murder of innocent. If our oponent still keep doing it, let it be. There are enough good people in the world to see the difference then.
