Hafiz visits Muhuri protection project

Water Resources Minister Hafiz Uddin Ahmed Bir Bikrim on Thursday visited the two- kilometre long erosion-hit areas at Nijkalikapur BOP and Mujumderhat BOP on both sides of Muhuri river in Parshuram to see the protection work.The government sanctioned Tk 25.50 lakh in the current financial year for the protection and repair work from Mojumderhat to Fakhirkhil portion of the Muhuri. The minister asked the WDB officials to complete the work on schedule.
