BAF Base Zahurul Haque retained the inter-base Athletics Cham-pionship title of the Bangladesh Air Force as they finished with 11 gold, nine silver and eight bronze medals at the Kurmitola Athletics ground on Tuesday.BAF Base Matiur Rahman became runners-up with seven gold, seven silver and four bronze medals. AC-2 Lokman of BAF Base Zahurul Haque was adjudged the best athlete of the meet. Chief of Air Staff Air Vice Marshal Fakhrul Azam gave away prizes among the winners as chief guest on the concluding day.
