Repo auction

The Repo auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held here yesterday.Six bids of 1-day tenor amounting to Tk 247 crore was received, of which four bids amounting to Tk 108.50 crore were accepted. The rate of interest against the accepted bid was 5 per cent per annum, said a press release.
