Ekdin and Tara

Debut shows of two drama films titled Ekdin (One Day) and Tara (They) will take place today at the Lichutola of the Institute of Fine Arts, Dhaka University.Based on the writings of Dhrubo Esh, a renowned bookcover illustrator turned writer, the films are made in beta format. Ashfakul Alam Rony and Shafiul Faruk direct the films. Social fiction Ekdin features Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shamsul Alam, Animesh Aich, Marjuk Russel and others. The cast of science fiction Tara includes Monirul Islam Badol, Marjuk Russel, Prithibi and others. The show starts at 6:30 pm.
