Rupsha Welfare executives
Md Mozaffar Ahmed and Sk Md Kamrul Islam have been elected president and general secretary respectively of Rupsha Welfare Foundation for 2004-05, says a press release.A 23-member executive committee was elected recently at a meeting held at its office in the city with its founder-advisor Maqbul Hossain Paik in the chair. The meeting also formed a 13-member advisory committee that includes ERD Joint Secretary Md Khurshid Alam, Deputy Commissioner of Narayanganj Md Harunur Rashid, former national soccer player Abdus Salam Murshedi and Prinicipal of Rupsha Collegiate School Khan Md Alamgir Kabir. Rupsha Welfare Foundation is an organisation of people hailing from Rupsha area of Khulna residing in Dhaka.
