UAP celebrates land acquisition for permanent campus in city
The University of Asia Pacific (UAP) yesterday organised a colourful function to celebrate the acquisition of land to build a permanent campus in the city, says a press release.

Held at its new venue at Green Road, the function was attended by Board Chairman Ragib Ali, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr M R Kabir, foundation members, faculties, officials, staffs and a large number of students.

Registrar Dr Abu Sayeed Mostaque Ahmed welcomed the guests.

The pro-VC said the permanent campus would be built in two phases.

He said the UAP's own transports will maintain constant touch between the two campuses.
