Hasina urges UK to resolve immigration problems


A delegation of British Immigration Advisory Service, led by Kaith Best, called on Leader of the Opposition in Parliament and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina in the city yesterday.

They discussed immigration problems facing the Bangladeshi nationals in the UK.

Hasina requested the British government to take necessary steps to resolve the problems.

She also suggested providing free legal services to those facing the immigration problems.

The delegation members included Michael Picktell, Samina Kausar and Abu Musa Hassan.
