National Housing, Nagar Homes sign MoU
National Housing Finance and Investments Ltd, a private sector financial institution operating home mortgage loan, and Nagar Homes Ltd, a developer, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) recently in Dhaka.Under the agreement, prospective clients of Nagar Homes Limited will receive home loans from National Housing up to 70 percent of their apartment price. Ansar Uddin Ahmed, managing director of National Housing, and Adbur Rahman, managing director of Nagar Homes, signed the MoU on behalf of their organisations, says a press release. Among others, Shabbir Ahmed, deputy managing director of National Housing, and Mahbubur Rahman, general manager of Nagar Homes, were present.
