PSTU VC resigns

The Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU) Prof Dr AKM Abdul Hannan Bhuiyan tendered his resignation to the Education Ministry on Sunday. He resigned in face of an agitation by teachers, students, officials and staff for two months. After his resignation students brought out a victory procession on the campus. However, Acting VC and Treasurer Prof Dr Abdul Latif Masum told the journalists that he is yet to receive official letter of the ministry.
