SSC examinee abducted for not allowing cheating

A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinee is yet to be rescued after over a week of his abduction allegedly by his fellow examinee.Rafiqul Islam, father of the missing boy, Mainul Islam, disclosed this at a press conference held at Comilla Press Club on Friday. He appealed to the police administration to take measures to rescue his son without further delay. He said that Mainul did not come back home from the SSC examination hall after appearing at the Elective Mathematics examination. On the day one of his fellow examinees, Shohag wanted to copy from his examination script, but he declined. This has infuriated Shohag who threatened to kill Mainul. Rafiqul Islam filed a case against him at Kotwali thana. Subsequently he was arrested. Despite his arrest police failed to rescue Mainul. Rafiqul Islam further informed police that he had also previous enmity with his neighbour Shah Alam over illegal electric connection. Comilla Laboratory High School on Friday has appealed to the police administration to rescue his son missing for over a week.
