Hartal called in 5 N dists for Rangpur education board

The Rangpur Education Board Implementation Committee has called a day-long hartal in five northern districts on March 30 to press its demand for an education board.The hartal in Rangpur, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Gaibandha and Lalmonirhat was called at a meeting of the committee, held at Rangpur Bar Library on March 25. Presided over by its president Gazi Rahman, the meeting was addressed by, among others, Shamsuzzaman, Masum Khan, Basir Mia, Abdul Awal Talukdera and Rafiqul Islam Golap.
