Young model photographer and the main organiser of the concept, Abdul Latif Apurba, Vice Chairman of the club Advocate Sultana Faizunnahar, models Monalisa, Krishan, Emi, Kusum Shikdar, Mejor and Fardeen, singer Nafisa, choreographer Luna and hundreds of promising models were also present at the occasion. The upcoming models were introduced to the leading company directors, ad filmmakers and journalists in course of the programme.

'This is probably the first initiative to promote Bangladeshi models and encourage new ones in the country,' said Nobel. In her speech, Purnima held out hope that Fashion Ties would continue its venture to promote models in future.

Besides, a new entertainment monthly Unish Kuri launched its inaugural issue. Abdul Latif Apurba is the editor of the magazine while Abul Hossain Majumder is the advisor.
