Police and witnesses told this correspondent a group of miscreants looted the relief materials worth five lakh taka belonging to Imam Saw Mill, Motorjan Samity and Small Traders' Association of Nandail from 98 tempos at Modanpur on the Netrakona-Kendua Road. The culprits damaged the tempos and injured five persons. The injured were admitted to Netrakona Sadar Hospital.

Being informed police rushed to the spot and arrested 10 miscreants. The arrested are Motahar Hossain, Harun, Rafiqul, Syed, Abul Kashem, Sadek, Ujjal, Lal Mia, Faruk and Emdadul.
