Codec gets Chand Sultana Literacy Award

Community Development Centre (Codec), a leading non-government organisation, has been selected for Chand Sultana Literacy Award-2003 of Ahsania Mission.Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) has introduced the award after the name of late Chand Sultana, a noted literacy materials developer. The award is given every year to a person or an organisation for outstanding work in the fields of non-formal education, materials development, cancer and HIV/AIDS. The award includes cash money of Tk 30,000, a crest and a certificate.
