Bidhan Krishna Sen passes away
Bidhan Krishna Sen, a freedom fighter and an accused in Agartala Conspiracy Case, died of cardiac arrest at the National Institute of Cardio-vascular Disease (NIVD) in the city yesterday at the age of 72, says a press release.Bidhan Krishna, also founder member of the Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), was hospitalised on April 27. His body was sent to Chittagong for cremation with state honour.
