HeidelbergCement declares 15pc stock dividend
HeidelbergCement Bangladesh Limited (HCBL) has declared a 15 percent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2003.The dividend was announced at the 15th annual general meeting of the company held in Chittagong on Wednesday, says a press release. Jean-Claude Jamar, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Managing Director Mark Van Kempen, directors Brad Taylor, Md Ziaul Haque Khondker, AS Shahudul Huque Bulbul, Jan Erik Evensen, AKM Jahangir Khan, Khurrum Hussain, and M Abul Hashem, company secretary attended the meeting. The meeting also approved the audited accounts and directors' report of the company for year 2003.
