Dutch-Bangla Bank, CDBL sign deals
Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) has signed two deals with Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL), the provider of central depository system (CDS), to convert its paper shares into electronic ones for trading under the CDS and to act as a depository participant.DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali and CDBL Managing Director and CEO MH Samad signed the deals on behalf of their firms in Dhaka on Monday, says a press release.
