2nd eves' soccer camp on

Most of the 30 female footballers who are part of the second batch in a camp organised by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), are looking forward to switching their careers.

Under the directive of Asian Football Confederation, the BFF has launched its women's training programme and the second camp was inaugurated at the Dhanmondi Women's Sports Complex yesterday.

It was the first step by the BFF in almost three decades to introduce women's football in the country.

However, an attempt to organise a few exhibition matches last year was postponed after some regrettable incidents involving a team from across the border.
