An agreement to this effect was signed between the two organisations recently in Dhaka, says a press release.

M Shahjahan Bhuiyan, managing director of Prime Bank Limited, and Md Abdur Rashid Gazi, managing director of MIDAS Financing, signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations.

Among others, Nasiruddin Ahmed, Mahbubul Alam and Kazi Masihur Rahman, deputy managing directors, Hasan Mohiuddin Bhuiyan, VP and head of the bank's Moulvibazar (Dhaka) Branch, and Md Motiur Rahman, senior general manager (Finance & Accounts), Shafique-ul-Azam, general manager, Md Golam Sarwar Bhuiyan, Sr general manager (Credit & Investment) of MIDAS Financing Ltd were present.
