Mercantile Bank okays 25pc stock dividend
Mercantile Bank Limited has approved a 25 percent stock dividend for the year 2003 for its shareholders.The approval was made at the bank's 5th annual general meeting (AGM) held in Dhaka recently, says a press release. Chairman of the bank Md Abdul Jalil MP presided over the meeting. Among others, chief advisor, consultant, managing director, deputy managing director and company secretary of the bank were present.
