40-day-old girl found dead in water container

A 40-day-old girl was found floating dead in a water container in her Lalbagh home in Dhaka yesterday. Police retrieved the body of Selina, daughter of rickshawpuller Mohammad Faisal, from the water-filled container on Debidas Lane in the morning and sent it to Mitford Hospital for an autopsy. Police believe the child was tossed into the water on Thursday night.
