Our candidate's merit

After the debacle in the election for a new OIC secretary general, our FM claimed 98% of the votes, had the voting been on the basis of a candidate's merit. If the set-up of the election for a new OIC secretary general, were like that of our MP elections, our FM's prediction would have come true. The candidates might have thought twice before facing a man like SQC.
