To mark the occasion, it brought out a colourful rally from the Bangladesh Shishu Academy that ended at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.

State Minister for Youth and Sports Fazlur Rahman inaugurated the rally in the morning.

In the afternoon, the BSWA accorded a reception to sports writer Khondokar Salek Sufi at the NSC conference room. Bangladesh Football Federation president SA Sultan attended the function as chief guest.
