Desh General Ins declares 15pc Stock dividend
Desh General Insurance Company Limited has declared a 15 percent stock dividend for its shareholders on Wednesday.This was announced at the 4th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held in Dhaka, says a press release. Desh General Insurance Chairman Morshed Alam presided over the AGM. Managing Director (current charge) FNM Afzal Ali and Secretary Hasan Khan were also present.
